Our procedures and systems have been successfully implemented on many projects and are developed based on many years of experience. Our approach to procurement embraces all areas of responsibility right up to incorporate material into the plant, provide quantity / cost / time control of all items of classified equipment, bulk materials and provide third party services. Each step is pre- planned to minimize delays and to ensure that the materials are delivered in accordance with project specifications harnessing project schedule and budget requirements. Our innovative spirit drives us to continuously improve our performance by considering all factors relevant to the acquisition of materials and services and specific procurement strategy has been observed which reflects the most cost effective approach and identifies those interfaces with third parties necessary to facilitate implementation. - Prepare contract structure for various packages of works.

- Prepare tender documents, inclusive of specifications and special condition of contract, for each package of work.

- Carry out pre-qualification of contractors/suppliers for the various packages of work.

- Carry out tender or bid exercises for the various package of work.

- Prepare tender analysis and report on the relative merits of the tender received and make recommendation on the contractor to carry out the work.

- Prepare letter of award for the various packages of work.

- Prepare contract documents for the various package of work.
